Meet the Artist Behind the CGL Logo

The Catholic Girls League (CGL) logo was designed in 2025 by Kate T. de Leon, an aspiring interior designer, artist, and calligrapher. Her creative work is deeply inspired by her Catholic faith, particularly her devotion to the Blessed Virgin Mary.

Kate’s artistic journey is closely intertwined with her faith. In the summer of 2022, she served as a Totus Tuus missionary with Team St. John the Beloved at St. Edward the Confessor Parish. This transformative experience deepened her faith and continues to inspire both her spiritual and creative journey.

Through her art and design, Kate seeks to create beauty with meaning—using her creative gifts to reflect her faith, honor Mary, and inspire others. The CGL logo is one expression of that vision: a design created with prayer, purpose, and love for the Catholic faith.
